Oh, My Stars! Table runner

We have a very nice snow this morning ~

I made an “Oh, My Stars!” 

table runner  for Christmas.

It’s Pat Sloan design, 

I need a longer one 

so added one more row of squares 

and  one bright star~

RBD block challenge 2022

 Top finished, need add some borders and start FMQ

There are 16 blocks in the challenge,

The 17th is an option and I chose the block of Minnesota

Easy to make and I love doing these in colorful backgrounds and  white stars

Row 4 block name is “ Hours”

The block is so tinny and fun to make~ 

I made them with lots of different colorful fabrics 

Row 3 block “bachelor” was not easy, 

took me a while to make them. 

But I got them done!

MODA Blockheads III top

BH4 started last month, and I started putting BH3 together while working on BH4.

Since I used some FQs and fabrics from my stash, The 56 blocks of BH3 are pretty colorful.

I order to pull them all together, I designed the setting with two fabrics: a dark blue and white with pink and light blue tiny flower.  I’d like call it “ curio cabine”

Here is the photo of all the 56 blocks, they are all 6” blocks.

 This is row 2 of “Pieces in the Garden” with Melva.

Try to use flower and fruit prints, 

There are rose, Daisy, cherry blossom, cosmos, strawberry , cherry  etc~

  Sew much fun :-)
