2020 Feb. UFO finished -- 15 years old UFO!

Bought these two kits when I just came to USA, knowing very little about quilting, 

just because they looked so beautiful.

Finished the first one "Road to the World" by hand piecing and hand quilting.  

Also pieced 6 blocks of rose bu hand sewing, 

daughter was born and it became an UFO for 12 years!   

Until May 2007 I took it out, finished the top, 

but don't know how to machine quilt it, 

became UFO again until last Month.

So glad I finished it~

FPP (Foundation Paper piecing) is fun ~

Made this 6" block, 

 the letter "E" was tricky, need remember flip to wrong side

At first I colored E looks "right", but it should be "wrong" on foundation paper :D

also want make a 12"block and make a pillow, maybe next year?
